Question: Can I have a sample order for led light?

Answer: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Question:  What about the lead time?

Answer: Sample n3-7 days, mass production time 7-15 days 

Question:  Do you have any MOQ limit for order?

Answer: No MOQ limit for sample order. MOQ rule only for bulk order, will be different against to differnt model.

Question:  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Answer: Sample order, small order always be delivered through express or air freight. 
                normal express 3-5 days and air freight 5-7 days after pickup.
               Big order will be sent through ocean shipping.

Question:  How to proceed an order for led light?

Answer: First, let us know your requirements and request.  Best price will be quoted according to your requirement.
               After that, buyer release sample order, trial order or formal order after everything is clear.  
               We will start the production after we got your payment

Question:  Is it OK to print my logo on lamps?

Answer: Yes. Both OEM and ODM serviice available in our comapny.

Question:  Do you offer guarantee for the products?

Answer: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty.

Questions: How to deal with the faulty?

Answer:  All Langdo lamps are produced under strict Quality Control System. Failure rate will be less than 0.2%.
                We will send replacement with new order for small quantity in case of quality problem during warranty time. 
                For  defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
