Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample order 3-5 days,  bulk order always 7-15 days  

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A:  MOQ is 50-100pcs for most of models.  No MOQ for sample order.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for small order. It usually takes 3-5 days from factory to receiptor.
    Airline and ocean shipping service for bulk order. 
   Or special transport service will be chosen against to customers request.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A:  1) Please tell your requirements in detail.
     2) We send good prices according to your requirements. 
     3) Customer confirms the sample order or formal order, make transfer to us.
     4) We start the production after confirm your payment. 
     5) Factory arrange to deliver after products are finished.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before production and send all info for printing.
    Customed printing might be charged  accordingly.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products. 

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A:  1) Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less  than 0.2%. 
      2) During the guarantee period, we will send new lights for small quantity.
      3) For defective batch products, factory will make repair work and resend.
